Come to stroll by bike with us  and discover the city and the river of Valencia. From the downtown charming streets, we will follow the route of the old medieval wall. Furthermore the great North Station, we will see the remains of the first hospital for the mentally ill and one of the wall towers that still stands.

Passing by the IVAM we will then enter the River of Valencia, the Turia, nowadays transformed on gardens, after the second great flood of 1957. The valentians put all our efforts on transforming this old border in a place for enjoyment, leisure and modernity; our true spine and green lung, where we will see how its distinguished and ancient bridges give room for the vanguard of the Music Hall (Palau de la música) and the City of Arts and Sciences.

Returning to the center, flowers and parks mark our route until we find “La Nau”, site of our university and the Cathedral of St. Mary. All this in a nice and simple stroll, thanks to the flat orography of our city.
